Event Attendance Information

While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, please note that availability for the full event package—which includes accommodation and the awards evening—is limited.

To ensure fairness, we can initially offer up to two full-event places per member company, allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The package includes awards dinner and overnight stay. 

If you would like more than two delegates from your company to attend the full event (including accommodation and B&B), please indicate your interest when completing the form for additional delegate places below. Extra delegates will be charged at £275 + VAT to include dinner and accommodation.

However, we have plenty of availability for day guests to attend the exhibition only without charge. We warmly encourage you to invite your wider team to join us as day guests!

If you have additional delegates wishing to attend, please contact admin@cedabond.co.uk, asap, we will endeavour to accommodate any additions, subject to availability.

Whilst this event is free of charge for the maximum 2 free attendees listed above, non-attendance will be recharged a fee of £275 + VAT (deducted from your retro at year end), however delegate names can be changed, please advise us via email to events@dewberryrepoint.co.uk if you need to make a change to your booking.
