Event Attendance Information

While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, please note that availability for the full event package—which includes accommodation and the awards evening—is limited.

To ensure fairness, we can initially offer up to two full-event places per member company, allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, we have plenty of availability for day guests to attend the exhibition only. We warmly encourage you to invite your wider team to join us as day guests!

If you would like more than two delegates from your company to attend the full event (including accommodation and B&B), please indicate your interest when completing the form for additional delegate places below. We will confirm any extra availability closer to the event date.

If you would also like to join us on Monday 22nd September, we have limited places that include accommodation, private dining and breakfast available for £285 +VAT. If you have additional delegates wishing to attend, please contact admin@cedabond.co.uk, asap, we will endeavour to accommodate any additions, subject to availability.

Once your booking is confirmed a recharge fee of £260 (deducted from your retro at year end) will be recovered for all no shows, however delegate names can be changed, please advise us via email to events@dewberryrepoint.co.uk if you need to make a change to your booking.
